The E! Fashion Police also gave her unanimous praise. Some of the comments include:

"She is just so gorgeous."

"Three words: Stunning, stunning, stunning!"

"The dress is feminine and flowing; she looks beautiful."
Panelist Peter (didn't catch his last name -- yeesh!) named her the best dressed female on the SAG red carpet. "From head to toe, she's just stunning," he said.

A list of reasons why I don't do journalism any more:

This morning's HOUSTON (TX) CHRONICLE, under the tagline "Best of Show" (online "Most Elegant") printed a photo of Marion and wrote: "French actress Marion Cotillard, who portrayed legendary singer Edith Piaf in the movie LA VIE EN ROSE, was the evening's elegant winner in a pale grey Nina Ricci gown and pixie haircut." (A reader quickly corrected the haircut remark.) Then one of the paparazzi websites showed a montage of Marion with Cate Blanchette and identified her as Teri Hatcher. Finally, a HOUSTON CHRONICLE entertainment blog operated by several critics wrote:
"Marion Cotillard, the name everyone knows with a face no one ever remembers, announced the Male Actor in a Supporting Role." I metaphorically rapped his knuckles with a ruler for poor research, and sent him to your website and the 25+ Goggle pages so he could figure out who the nominees were. I also told him the rest of us have no trouble recognizing who she is. Finally, the NYTIMES ran a photo of Marion as one of the fashion standouts on SAG evening, and MEN'S VOGUE has a two-page spread on her; cover story is Daniel Day Lewis. Thanks for your dedication to this fine artist.
